Our Meetup group held two “ripped from the headlines” topic discussions about issues surrounding an incident that took place on a Florida university campus early this year. That incident consisted of one person, who wore an armband displaying a swastika symbol and stood in an open square at the university, and the crowd that gathered around him.
Attorney W. Craig Lawson joined Part Two of the discussion to give us information about how criminal laws might apply to a situation such as this one. Craig also told us what a criminal defendant might expect from a justice system after arrest. We recorded the conference so that you can listen at your convenience.
