Following payment, you will be directed to an online form to submit your request(s) and information.
Fees must be paid before LawYou will perform the requested investigative services. Fees are nonrefundable except if LawYou is unable to perform the investigation.
Our goal is to provide your written investigative report(s) within 7 days of payment and form submission. There may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delay, but we will always keep you informed.
LawYou will make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but that accuracy depends upon several factors that are outside LawYou’s control (including the accuracy of the Subject identifying information provided to LawYou). Therefore, LawYou makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, as to the results of this investigation or the accuracy of the information provided in the report.
LawYou will not knowingly provide any illegal or unethical investigative services and may decline a request for services deemed to be illegal, unethical, or detrimental to LawYou.
If LawYou declines a request for services, fees paid will be refunded minus 8% for third-party and administrative costs.
Investigative reports are not evidence but are useful in obtaining evidence that may be admissible in court.
You may not use the requested information for any illegal or unethical purpose.
You are responsible for safeguarding the requested information from unauthorized disclosures as defined in state and federal law.
