That’s right. We compiled a list of all the law libraries that are open to the public throughout the state of Florida, and created a table with links to the library websites. We also included links to the local courts, just because we thought you might find that info handy, too. If you want to communicate with us about this list (for example, if you work at a law library but don’t see your library listed, need to correct our info, or you’re not in Florida and want us to compile a list for your state), please comment or use the contact form below.
Please also note that some of the law libraries that are housed at law schools are open to the public only during certain times, so check the sites for any restrictions.

This is nice.
1. Could you please specify which counties actually have online legal research tools like Westlaw or Lexis/Nexis AND are open to the public? I don’t mean to offend you, but access to clerk’s forms is nice, but it’s not a law library.
E.g., I can’t find a Law Library at all in Osceola county and for that size population, there SHOULD be one there…as advertised: Hart Memorial Central & Ray Shanks Law Library – can’t find it anywhere on the internet, “advertising” online legal access.
2. Also, please list all 67 counties at once, without user’s asking.
3. Polk County does NOT provide access for the Public. I know. I called them.
4. Seminole county websites – I can’t find a law library
5. Orange County – I called THEM. THere is NO law libary in Orange County that allows real people in, to do research. Amazing. Disney World, but no online legal access.
6. I know of at least one DCA court that does NOT allow the public in. Don’t know about the others.

I decided to CALL Osceola County library. The lady said that YES they have Westlaw and she didn’t know why they don’t show it on their webpage.
